Application layer and application data interaction standard for vehicle communication system of Cooperative Intelligent Transportation System

As the first v2x application layer group standard in China, the application layer and application data interaction standard of Cooperative Intelligent Transportation System vehicle communication system is led by China intelligent networked automobile industry innovation alliance and jointly formulated by 16 units such as general motors, Chang'an Automobile, Tsinghua University and Shanghai International Automobile City.
The standard aims to realize the interconnection of vehicle communication system in the application layer by analyzing the basic applications such as road safety, traffic efficiency and information service, defining the information interaction content, interaction protocol and interface between vehicles and other vehicles, road traffic facilities and other traffic participants when realizing various applications. Because different brands of vehicles and rear mounted v2x systems require data exchange standards and interfaces, the standard standardizes data sets and data interaction interfaces based on these requirements.
