Commencement of central semiconductor DW smart factory (phase III) project
On November 18, the central semiconductor DW smart factory (phase III) project started in Binhai high tech Zone.
According to public data, the central semiconductor DW smart factory (phase III) project is located in the marine science and Technology Park of Binhai high tech Zone, covering a total area of 160 mu. The total investment is expected to exceed 3 billion yuan, the planned production capacity is 25gw, and the annual output value will exceed 10 billion yuan after reaching the production capacity.
Zhonghuan semiconductor said that the project will continue to give full play to the technical advantages of Zhonghuan semiconductor G12 monocrystalline silicon chip products, practice the intelligent design concept of "industry 4.0", and further improve the flexible manufacturing capacity and production efficiency. After the completion of the project, the overall production capacity of G12 photovoltaic silicon wafer of Zhonghuan semiconductor in Binhai high tech Zone will exceed 50gw, becoming the world's largest photovoltaic monocrystalline silicon wafer production base.
