语音芯片的性能等级划分有哪些区别

As the most common electronic product in daily life, the function and quality of chip are very prominent, which will be attributed to the strict management scheme of the chip manufacturer and its development strategy of keeping pace with the times, so that there can be a more reliable quality assurance chip. As the most important part of electronic products, chips can be said to be the "heart" of electronic products. The mobile phone in our hands can become more and more functional, which is inseparable from the support of various chips. Among them, the ability of mobile phone to voice is inseparable from the voice chip, which is an important part.
When it comes to voice chips, you may not know that this "core" is also divided into several levels. You may have heard of mobile phone "fever level" high-performance chips. Similarly, there are voice chips with different levels of performance in voice chips. Chip, as the core component of electronic products, has different levels of differentiation in a small "body", and so does voice chip. The following are the four performance levels of voice chip.
General chips are mainly divided into four levels: commercial level (also known as civil level), industrial level, automotive level and military level. As we generally use the most commercial and industrial chips.
1. Commercial voice chips, that is, the most common voice chips, are widely used. Generally, there are no high requirements for the use environment of voice chips. The working temperature range is generally 0-75 degrees or - 40 ~ 85 degrees. There are no specific requirements for antistatic and ESD of consumer voice chips. Generally, there are no antistatic or ESD tests. It is commonly used in voice toys or consumer electronics.
2. Industrial voice chips and commercial voice chips are widely used in various industries. Their main difference lies in the different requirements of the external market environment used by enterprises. The working temperature range of industrial voice chip / module is generally - 40 ~ 75 degrees or - 40 ~ 85 degrees, and the anti ESD should also be more than 2KV. From the above comparison, it can be seen that the difference between industrial grade voice IC and commercial grade voice IC is not only the temperature application, but also the emphasis on ESD. The requirements of industrial grade voice chip are higher than those of commercial grade, and the process is also different.
3. Since the automotive voice chip needs to meet more functional requirements, such as larger capacity for storing songs, it is generally realized by voice module; The voice module is usually composed of a main control chip, that is, MP3 decoding chip, plus a flash memory chip. Of course, sometimes automotive and voice chips can also be used in commercial and industrial fields, mainly in terms of cost performance.
4. Military grade voice chips are rare, and basically have more strict requirements on the external use environment and functions. They are generally used in military industry, such as aircraft, warship, aircraft carrier and other military products.
